As a Houston native, Joey McSloy has 7 years of experience owning and managing his own construction company. He holds a deep-understanding of the local real estate market and any repair and remodel aspects for buy houses or getting listings market ready. Joey also has the skills and knowledge base to provide cost estimates on real estate that might be missing a few client preferred finishes.

Joey began his career as an engineer and construction manager in the oil and gas industry for multiple industrial construction projects throughout the globe. As he continued progressing, he decided to start his own Houston based, residential construction company. Joey attended the University of Texas studying Chemical Engineering and worked on his Masters degree at the University of Houston studying Business Management. With a mix of helping clients with investment real estate portfolios, managing a construction company and his continuous contract real estate negotiation strategies he has been practicing real estate for 4 years using and honing this rare combination of skillsets.
