I can’t say enough about this team. Because that’s what you get, a team! I came to them after having a brand new townhouse, in a highly desirable area not sell after 6 weeks. After the very first meeting I knew they were different. You have a full plan of action before you leave the office. I gave them the listing and my house sold full price, for cash, in THREE days!
I used them a couple years later for a condo flip, as well. Highly desirable area, not the best condo location. So I worried. As a flip I needed it to go fast. My condo sold in FOUR days with FOUR full price offer and one more over price offer! I was also informed by my HOA that my unit went for more than any other in the history of that complex.
I seriously don’t know how they do it. All I know is that I wouldn’t consider using anyone else!
